For the Bulgaria location, we are now looking for a full-time property manager. The operation for German real estates shall be performed in Sofia, with the possibility of Home office. The role is ideal for individuals that are interested in the Real estate field, and working with German and financial duties like reports, numbers, analytics, data monitoring and billing.
YOUR TASKS:
- Independent support and management of complex residential and commercial properties according to the client’s objectives
- Management and commissioning of external service providers and suppliers
- Maintenance management
- Issuing of utility bills
- Invoice verification and account assignment
- Data collection and data maintenance
- Signing of maintenance contracts
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Reporting to Property Managers and owners in Germany
YOUR PROFILE:
- Very good knowledge of German (active level C1)
- You enjoy communicating in German (oral and written)
- Several years of property management experience is desirable *
- Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Good handling of numbers
- Analytical thinking
- Good handling of ERP systems, and Excel
- Reliable and accurate way of working
- Independence, motivation and reliability
- High commitment and resilience
- Friendly appearance, communicative and a team player
- Flexibility and a goal-oriented and independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility
