Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for software<\/li>\n
  • Oversight and approval of all final programs and products before formal launch<\/li>\n
  • Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications<\/li>\n
  • Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions<\/li>\n
  • Prepare an easy-to-understand report for supervisors detailing achieved milestones and short-term project goals<\/li>\n
  • Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    \nRequirements:<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • 7+ years of experience with Java 8+, J2EE and experience designing and implementing software applications<\/li>\n
    • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture<\/li>\n
    • Experience working on large-scale software projects<\/li>\n
    • Spring Framework, Micronauts Framework<\/li>\n
    • Persistence frameworks like Hibernate, Spring Data JPA<\/li>\n
    • Experience overseeing customized development of processes for multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n
    • Service-oriented architecture and microservices<\/li>\n
    • RabbitMQ, AMQP, ZeroMQ, JMS, Kafka (at least one of them)<\/li>\n
    • SQL, RDBMS knowledge, Oracle or PostgreSQL<\/li>\n
    • Multi-threading, OOP & MVC concepts and design patterns<\/li>\n
    • Docker and containerized application development<\/li>\n
    • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written<\/li>\n
    • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential<\/li>\n
    • Professional experience analyzing code for weaknesses and errors and overseeing plans to improve them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
