We are seeking a motivated BPO Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us build a diverse and capable workforce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Talent Sourcing:<\/strong>\u00a0Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of BPO roles through diverse recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Candidate Evaluation:<\/strong>\u00a0Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates&#8217; qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for a range of BPO positions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hiring Manager Partnership:<\/strong>\u00a0Forge strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their specific BPO staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interview Coordination:<\/strong>\u00a0Skillfully schedule and manage interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Candidate Engagement:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing consistent communication throughout the recruitment process and delivering timely feedback.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business communication:<\/strong>\u00a0Comprehend the client&#8217;s needs and adeptly convey them into actionable directives for the internal team, ensuring seamless alignment between the client&#8217;s expectations and the team&#8217;s execution.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Insight:<\/strong>\u00a0Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in BPO recruitment to make well-informed hiring decisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and business communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>\u0415xcellent English and Bulgarian language skills;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) \u2013 advantage;<\/li>\n<li>We welcome candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, call center, or a related role.
