{"id":4083,"date":"2023-11-08T12:35:32","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T10:35:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/rabota\/account-opening-officer\/"},"modified":"2024-06-19T11:22:56","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T08:22:56","slug":"account-opening-officer","status":"publish","type":"rabota","link":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/en\/jobs\/account-opening-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Opening Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our customer &#8211; a quickly-evolving international company, we are looking for an <strong>Account Opening Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing applications for the opening of new client\u2019s accounts into the Company\u2019s software.<\/li>\n<li>Actively using third-party verification systems or others for the verification of clients according to Company\u2019s procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all necessary documentation and details are collected and updated in the company\u2019s software.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process.<\/li>\n<li>Following the company\u2019s Account Opening \/ KYC procedure for all potential and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with the company\u2019s anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to clients\u2019 accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working hours:<\/strong> <strong>17:00-02:00 \/ 00:00-09:00 shift rotation.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Previous experience working as a Back Office Administrator (Account opening) \/ KYC<\/strong> within a regulated environment will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fluency in English<\/strong> (oral and written).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools &#8211; Computer proficiency is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and focused.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable with a can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Additional Languages will be considered as an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>B<\/strong><strong>enefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive remuneration packages<\/li>\n<li>Food Vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Bonus system<\/li>\n<li>Career opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
