For our customer – a quickly-evolving international company, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent with English, French or Spanish (FOREX).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n-Responding to customers’ queries and providing support in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or live chat.
\n-Helping customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customers through corrective steps.
\n-Assisting all client-facing departments and the customer support team where applicable.
\n-Providing information and educating customers regarding Company\u2019s services and products.
\n-Providing quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System\/technical troubleshooting, Login\/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals), and overall trading inquiries.
\n-Maintaining a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
\n-Handling issues in the best interest of both customers and the Company Inform customers about the internal regulations and procedures of the Company.
\n-Updating Customer records when necessary.
\n-Ensuring all duties are done in line with the necessary KYC, AML, GDPR, and Due diligence controls.
\nProvide top-quality customer support during the entire customer journey<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n–Experience in Customer support within the FOREX industry<\/strong>\u00a0or financial market.
\n-Excellent knowledge of\u00a0English, Spanish, French or Russian\u00a0<\/strong>
\n-Ability to maintain high-level performance to reinsure that KPIs are met.
\n-Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation.
\n-Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to perform efficient troubleshooting.
\n-Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
\n-Great work ethic, self-motivation, and being a team player<\/p>\n

Working hours (shifts):<\/strong>\u00a018:00-03:00 or 00:00-09:00 \/ 10:00-19:00h or 11:00-20:00h<\/p>\n
