manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a leading manufacturing company.<\/p>\n<p>The Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources<\/li>\n<li>Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs<\/li>\n<li>Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them<\/li>\n<li>Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals<\/li>\n<li>Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project<\/li>\n<li>Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals<\/li>\n<li>Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected<\/li>\n<li>Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed<\/li>\n<li>Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time<\/li>\n<li>Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers on progress of projects on a regular basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nRequirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of English language (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office \/ Microsoft Project<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) \/ PRINCE II certification is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br
