{"id":5644,"date":"2024-08-28T11:05:12","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T08:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/?post_type=rabota&#038;p=5644"},"modified":"2024-08-28T11:13:38","modified_gmt":"2024-08-28T08:13:38","slug":"senior-gl-accountant-with-german-and-english","status":"publish","type":"rabota","link":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/en\/jobs\/senior-gl-accountant-with-german-and-english\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior GL Accountant with German and English"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client&#8217;s team in Sofia!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the correctness of the G\/L entries in compliance with the Company\u2019s Financial Reporting Guidelines as well as local GAAP requirements<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and assign tasks to an offshore accounting team<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and validate accounting and reporting data for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve General Ledger problems within their specific area of assignment including balance sheet reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert within the Accounting team and as a second line of escalation for queries related to all accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>A high level of interaction with different teams within the Shared Service Center (SSC) and company Departments<\/li>\n<li>Provide accounting advice and guidance to other departments like Order Processing, Controlling, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Work tightly with the Team Leader in any areas of support<\/li>\n<li>Provide year-end audit support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in accounting or equivalent education<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Fluent German and English Language Skills;
