{"id":5651,"date":"2024-08-29T11:55:16","date_gmt":"2024-08-29T08:55:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/rabota\/financial-planner-and-analyst\/"},"modified":"2024-08-29T11:55:16","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T08:55:16","slug":"financial-planner-and-analyst","status":"publish","type":"rabota","link":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/en\/jobs\/financial-planner-and-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Planner and Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>We are seeking a Financial Planner and Analyst to join our client&#8217;s team in Sofia!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You regularly analyze the performance of the business units in your scope<\/li>\n<li>You target the priorities of your business units with the regional leader<\/li>\n<li>You support entities in taking market share in order to generate sustainable growth in resources (turnover and margin)<\/li>\n<li>You support the optimization of PnL costs (net margin, staff costs, building costs, and overhead costs)<\/li>\n<li>You lead the efficiency and value creation of assets (stocks  fixed assets) within your scope<\/li>\n<li>You regularly follow the key indicators of your scope (TO, Gross Result, Profitability&#8230;) and suggest various levers for improving them<\/li>\n<li>You have an advisory role: before any implementation, you enlighten the operational staff on the impact of the decisions they wish to make<\/li>\n<li>You work in synergy with the experts of your perimeter (Accounting team, Operational leader, Human leader, Expansion leader\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>You support each entity in writing a realistic and ambitious budget consistent with the company&#8217;s strategy and the local project<\/li>\n<li>In the short and medium term, you work on the relevance, reliability, and accuracy of the forecast<\/li>\n<li>You have the role of alert to guarantee the achievement of the budget of your perimeter.
