You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize mobile campaigns, track performance, and achieve marketing goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in mobile or casual gaming, as well as in FinTech or OTC derivatives (CFDs), would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in mobile marketing, digital marketing, or a related role<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of mobile marketing channels, app store optimization, and mobile user acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and A\/B testing<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement mobile marketing strategies across various channels, including SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and mobile advertising<\/li>\n<li>Plan, execute, and optimize mobile advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive app downloads and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of mobile marketing efforts, such as app install rates, user engagement, and retention<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to ensure mobile marketing campaigns align with overall business goals and brand guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Conduct A\/B testing to optimize mobile campaigns for higher conversion rates<\/li>\n<li>Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement in mobile marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Manage budget allocations and performance tracking for mobile campaigns, ensuring the best ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in mobile marketing<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with analytics to provide in-depth reporting on mobile campaign performance, user acquisition, and retention metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive salary<\/li>\n<li>Full-time position, Monday &#8211; Friday<\/li>\n<li>Health and life insurance<\/li>\n<li>Multisport Card<\/li>\n<li>20 days annual paid leave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We would love to hear from you.
