place.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our client is a subsidiary of a large logistics group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizes and monitors the progress of each specific shipment by corresponding with the client, the carrier and the company&#8217;s partners<\/li>\n<li>Prepares offers in agreement with the direct manager<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and fills in the necessary transport and internal company documents;<\/li>\n<li>Determines the amounts due for transportation and services provided<\/li>\n<li>Requests from partners and suppliers information about the movement of goods and promptly informs customers<\/li>\n<li>Prepares invoices to clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Accepts and approves invoices and accompanying documents from suppliers and partners;<\/li>\n<li>Prepares market-oriented tariffs for the offered services together with the direct head of the department<\/li>\n<li>Provides the necessary information about potential and current clients to the head of the department<\/li>\n<li>Negotiates prices and concludes transport deals up to the limit set by the immediate supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Handles customer complains and emergency situations together with customs\/insurance department and warehouse staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have interest in and enthusiasm for the branch of logistics and transport<\/li>\n<li>You like the idea of working in an international environment<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Bulgarian and English<\/li>\n<li>Secondary education<\/li>\n<li>You have a strong team spirit and good comprehension skills<\/li>\n<li>You are a strong communicator and enjoy working and interacting with customers, colleagues and other trainees<\/li>\n<li>Your time management and
