The role requires wide range of technical knowledge and ability to manage people and performance across different teams.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic and operational project planning<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress and make adjustments when needed<\/li>\n<li>Provide project updates on a consistent basis about strategy, adjustments and progress<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; track budget, report results<\/li>\n<li>Summarise and analyse information on project phases, tasks, deadlines and resources<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education in Electronics, Electrical engineering or similar is required<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and hands on experience in the field of renewable energy<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in a multinational environment is a must<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (C1)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Personal skills and qualifications:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independent in a dynamic explorative environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (both verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Decisive and creative approach<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Their offer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive remuneration<\/li>\n<li>Additional Health Care Package<\/li>\n<li>Multisport card<\/li>\n<li>Sport activities<\/li>\n<li>Professional and friendly work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>We would love to hear from you.
