We are looking for a motivated and communicative professional for the position of Operations Coordinator in the sales department.<\/p>\n

About the position:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Efficiently process customer orders from start to finish, preparing all necessary paperwork and coordinating communication within the sales department<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and update status of orders through all stages of production and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery performance to customers<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to identify and resolve potential delays or issues<\/li>\n
  • Update and maintain CRM\/ERP systems (such as Zeron, HubSpot) with accurate order information, customer communication and any changes to products or delivery times<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of contracts, offers, presentations and reports<\/li>\n
  • Coordinating with departments (logistics, finance, design) to meet deadlines, budget and quality of execution<\/li>\n

    Requirements:
    \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and sales experience. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines is an asset<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor Degree<\/li>\n
    • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively and maintain high organizational effectiveness<\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and clients<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in English is a must – both written and spoken<\/li>\n
    • Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Zeron, HubSpot or similar platforms is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
