For our client, a leading global employee benefits and engagement partner that opens up opportunities to help people enjoy more of what matters, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant\u00a0<\/strong>with a 6-month contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n
Conduct financial activities related to receivables accounting in compliance with:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Legal and fiscal requirements<\/li>\n
  • Local and international accounting standards<\/li>\n
  • The organization\u2019s internal policies and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Key Duties:<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Control the interface between One Back Office and Navision<\/li>\n
    • Verify client payments and release paid orders<\/li>\n
    • Communicate with clients on accounting-related matters<\/li>\n
    • Reconcile bank statements with accounting records<\/li>\n
    • Identify and explain discrepancies<\/li>\n
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation validation reports<\/li>\n
    • Analyze, control, and document the verification process<\/li>\n
    • Order printing reports<\/li>\n
    • Bank accounts and accounting records<\/li>\n
    • Prepare monthly validation documents<\/li>\n
    • Issue, record, and archive manual invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Requirements:<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n
      • 1.5 – 2 years of experience as an accountant<\/li>\n
      • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS standards<\/li>\n
      • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office<\/li>\n
      • Experience with accounting software; knowledge of NAVISION is an advantage<\/li>\n
      • Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
