Our client is a private debt fund manager, looking for a\u00a0Fund Accountant<\/strong>\u00a0to join their team in Bulgaria.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Finance:<\/em><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with fund administrators<\/li>\n
  • Oversee capital calls and distribution processes<\/li>\n
  • Review invoices, accruals, and monthly\/quarterly NAVs<\/li>\n
  • Develop performance metrics and support internal reporting<\/li>\n
  • Handle intragroup expense reconciliations and fund accounts payable<\/li>\n
  • Review regulatory returns and support annual audit processes<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with external auditors and prepare financial statements<\/li>\n
  • Support the investment team with ad-hoc finance analysis<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the internalization of processes previously outsourced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Operations:<\/em><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Track and reconcile expenses with fund administrator data<\/li>\n
    • Calculate and manage portfolio and management fees<\/li>\n
    • Respond to investor queries and assist with compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Your Profile:<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail<\/li>\n
      • Comfortable working in a dynamic, small-team environment<\/li>\n
      • Excellent Excel skills and strong communication abilities<\/li>\n
      • Exposure to private equity or private debt structures is a plus<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with or at a fund administrator is an advantage<\/li>\n
      • Experience with Anaplan is a plus<\/li>\n
      • Proactive, hands-on mindset and entrepreneurial spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
