{"id":6710,"date":"2025-05-15T11:05:57","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T08:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/?post_type=rabota&#038;p=6710"},"modified":"2025-06-25T17:05:04","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T14:05:04","slug":"accounts-payable-team-lead","status":"publish","type":"rabota","link":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/en\/jobs\/accounts-payable-team-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Payable Team Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for new team member to join our client team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage resolution of queries and complaints, escalating when needed<\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks based on team strengths and workload while ensuring accountability<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice receipt, approvals, payments, and vendor reconciliation, ensuring compliance with SLAs<\/li>\n<li>Support and guide team members to achieve performance targets<\/li>\n<li>Track and report KPIs, identify trends and issues, and suggest improvements<\/li>\n<li>Identify process gaps, provide insights, and support implementation of AP process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Coach and develop team to boost performance and maintain a positive work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in finance and Accounts Payable, ideally within a Shared Service Centre<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of people management and team leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and finance operations in a complex, international environment<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting systems is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working hours: 8:30 AM \u2013 17:30 PM (flexible start)<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid model: 3 days in the office \/ 2 days working from home<\/li>\n<li>Monthly food vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Monthly transport allowance<\/li>\n<li>Additional health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Annual dental coverage<\/li>\n<li>Free Multisport or CoolFit card<\/li>\n<li>20 days of paid annual leave + 5 additional days + 1 day off for your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Baby bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you meet these qualifications and are ready for an exciting opportunity, we&#8217;d love to hear from you!
