Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification<\/li>\n
  • Licensed to practice law in Bulgaria or another European jurisdiction<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance and commercial contracting<\/li>\n
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of European corporate laws and regulations<\/li>\n
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines<\/li>\n
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on corporate governance and compliance matters across Europe<\/li>\n
    • Interface and manage workstreams with local outside law firms and corporate secretarial firms in several European countries<\/li>\n
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements<\/li>\n
    • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with various client stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives including tax, finance and accounting teams<\/li>\n
    • Manage and mitigate legal risks by implementing effective legal strategies and solutions<\/li>\n
    • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide proactive guidance to the clients<\/li>\n
    • Assist on day-to-day legal administrative and contract management responsibilities<\/li>\n
    • Support the legal team in various other tasks as needed with an opportunity to work on US and Asia-based projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
