{"id":7077,"date":"2025-08-08T14:35:06","date_gmt":"2025-08-08T11:35:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/?post_type=rabota&#038;p=7077"},"modified":"2025-09-11T10:26:32","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T07:26:32","slug":"7077","status":"publish","type":"rabota","link":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/en\/jobs\/7077\/","title":{"rendered":"Compliance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and lead the Regulatory Compliance department;<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice to management and business stakeholders on all regulatory and operational compliance matters;<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor and map regulatory developments across assigned territories and ensure organizational compliance;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory\/supervisory authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Draft and review internal policies and procedures applicable to regional subsidiaries;<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement annual compliance plans and ad-hoc audits, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare compliance reports for the Board of Directors and Group Audit Committee;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the submission of regulatory reports to local authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regulatory compliance risk assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a risk-and-control compliance program;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation, meet deadlines, and track compliance cases and issues;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external auditors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><em>To be successful in this role, you should have:<br \/>\n<\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk;<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years in a managerial or senior compliance position;<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with European regulatory compliance projects is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with regulatory products in merchant acquiring.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with authorities and senior management;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management skills;<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification (e.g. CAMS, CRCM) is considered a strong plus;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in AML\/CTF and MiFID legislation (both national and EU levels);<\/li>\n<li>University degree in Law, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field;
