For one of our clients \u2013 a fast-growing, international FinTech company offering a secure and transparent investment platform \u2013 we are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled\u00a0Regulatory Compliance Manager.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong><\/div>\n
As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will:<\/em><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Organize and lead the Regulatory Compliance department;<\/li>\n
  • Provide expert advice to management and business stakeholders on all regulatory and operational compliance matters;<\/li>\n
  • Continuously monitor and map regulatory developments across assigned territories and ensure organizational compliance;<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory\/supervisory authorities;<\/li>\n
  • Draft and review internal policies and procedures applicable to regional subsidiaries;<\/li>\n
  • Design and implement annual compliance plans and ad-hoc audits, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities;<\/li>\n
  • Prepare compliance reports for the Board of Directors and Group Audit Committee;<\/li>\n
  • Manage the submission of regulatory reports to local authorities.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct regulatory compliance risk assessments.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain a risk-and-control compliance program;<\/li>\n
  • Maintain documentation, meet deadlines, and track compliance cases and issues;<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    To be successful in this role, you should have:
    \n<\/em><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk;<\/li>\n
    • At least 3 years in a managerial or senior compliance position;<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience with European regulatory compliance projects is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with regulatory products in merchant acquiring.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with authorities and senior management;<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management skills;<\/li>\n
    • Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is considered a strong plus;<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in AML\/CTF and MiFID legislation (both national and EU levels);<\/li>\n
    • University degree in Law, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master\u2019s in European Banking, Payment Regulation, or Risk Management is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
