is\u00a0<strong><em>fully remote<\/em><\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively\u00a0<strong><em>identify and approach new corporate clients<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0across target markets.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Build, develop, and maintain<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0long-term business relationships.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Communicate<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0with HR leaders, executives, and key decision-makers<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Lead<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership\u00a0<em><strong>agreements.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Present and position\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>the company\u2019s services in a consultative, value-driven manner.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Support the onboarding<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0of new clients through structured internal processes.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Contribute<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0to the growth of a sustainable and scalable client portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.<\/li>\n<li>The existing network of HR professionals and decision-makers is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in HR consulting, recruitment, staffing, or related services is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and closing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills in English (Bulgarian is a\u00a0<strong>must<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Confidence in client-facing presentations and business discussions.<\/li>\n<li>High level of autonomy,
