For one of our client, we are looking to hire a\u00a0Regulatory Reporting Analyst.<\/p>\n
About the Role:
\n\u0422he role is both regulatory and data-intensive. While the business owns the content of each report, you will play a critical role in governance, scheduling, validation, and facilitation of submissions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Regulatory Reporting<\/p>\n
Manage the regulatory reporting calendar, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple jurisdictions
\nPrepare and submit reports to authorities including CBI, FCA, PSR, Irish Revenue, ASIC & AUSTRAC, EBA, other EEA regulators, Card Schemes (Mastercard, Visa), and CESOP
\nCoordinate with business owners to validate report content before submission
\nMaintain governance and audit trails for all reporting activities<\/p>\n
Compliance & Regulatory Frameworks<\/p>\n
Interpret and implement reporting requirements under: PSD2 \/ PSD3, E-Money Directive, AMLD5\/6
\nCESOP (EU cross-border payment reporting)
\nSupport regulatory inspections, audits, and ad-hoc data requests<\/p>\n
Data & Analytics<\/p>\n
Work with large transaction datasets to produce accurate reporting outputs
\nPerform reconciliations between: Ledger vs. scheme data\/ Scheme vs. processor\/ Processor vs. bank accounts
\nCollaborate with Data Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to automate reporting pipelines
\nUse SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to extract, validate, and transform data<\/p>\n
Risk & Controls<\/p>\n
Identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions
\nStrengthen internal controls around reporting processes
\nSupport operational risk assessments related to payments flows<\/p>\n
We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
4 – 7+ years in regulatory reporting, finance, risk, or compliance within payments, e-money, fintech, or banking
\nStrong understanding of payment flows, settlement cycles (Visa\/Mastercard), scheme reporting, and e-money safeguarding rules
\nAdvanced Excel and strong SQL skills
\nExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or data platforms (Athena, Databricks) is a major advantage
\nExcellent English communication skills
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech\/payments environment<\/p>\n
