You will monitor systems, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain the operational integrity required to meet strict regulatory and SLA requirements in a high-volume, mission-critical payments environment.<\/p>\n<p>This role sits at the heart of the company\u2019s global operations, supporting 24\/7 availability of card issuing, payment processing, and digital financial services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor payment systems, servers, applications, APIs, and networks to ensure high availability and performance<\/li>\n<li>Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when required according to SLAs<\/li>\n<li>Perform system health checks, capacity reviews, and proactive performance monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Support deployments, release pipelines, and post-release validation across environments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate incident documentation and operational procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure production continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and business resilience<\/li>\n<li>Follow regulatory and compliance requirements (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML\/CTF, GDPR)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering, InfoSec, Compliance, and Product teams to improve platform stability and automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting high\u2011availability, mission\u2011critical systems (financial services or payments ideal).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Windows systems administration, networking fundamentals, and web applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL Server knowledge with demonstrated ability to read and write complex queries.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management platforms, and automation scripts (powershell, Nagios, Splunk, Jira, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Basic ability to read and understand other scripting\/programming languages (C#, Python, JavaScript, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL Server), log analysis, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in NOC\/SOC\/System Operations\/Platform Support roles<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of payment processing flows (authorisations, settlements, card schemes, real\u2011time payments)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with regulated environments and SLA\u2011driven operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u041ceal vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Multisport card<\/li>\n<li>24 days of paid annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid model of working &#8211;
