You will work closely with Product and Technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, well-documented, and understood by all stakeholders. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions while improving payment processes, system automation, and operational efficiency.<\/div>\n<div>You will play an important role in identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and helping deliver features that enhance both internal operations and customer experience.<\/div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Break down complex features into clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and user acceptance of delivered solutions<\/li>\n<li>Capture and document non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Create visual artefacts (process flows, data flows, use case diagrams) to support communication and clarity<\/li>\n<li>Identify and document business rules to guide accurate system behaviour<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and map business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation<\/li>\n<li>Model and understand data structures to ensure they meet user and business needs<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives<\/li>\n<li>Clarify requirements for development teams and support defect management and validation<\/li>\n<li>Conduct discovery activities or spikes to support decision-making and reduce uncertainty<\/li>\n<li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through scenario creation, scripting, and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Assist users in understanding new features and identifying any remaining issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with card payment processes, including transaction lifecycle, authorisation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud monitoring<\/li>\n<li>English level &#8211;
