Team Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and scale a large, multi-disciplinary digital marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence<\/li>\n<li>Select, manage, and challenge external agency partners to ensure high-quality execution, scalability, and measurable business impact<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key strategic partner to BI, CX, Product, Compliance, Content, Brand, and Payments teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are fully aligned with product capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Strategy &amp; Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across web and mobile, with a strong focus on scalable user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion<\/li>\n<li>Lead planning, execution, and continuous optimization across all major acquisition channels, including:<br \/>\n&#8211; Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads)<br \/>\n&#8211; Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms)<br \/>\n&#8211; Programmatic &amp; DSPs (DV360, Moloco, Smadex, Liftoff)<br \/>\n&#8211; Organic Growth (SEO, ASO, Influencer Marketing, Social Media)<\/li>\n<li>Establish a rigorous test-and-learn framework, leveraging A\/B testing, incrementality measurement, and advanced attribution models to continuously improve performance<\/li>\n<li>Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and regional market dynamics into high-impact campaigns that maximize engagement, conversion, and lifetime value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance, Moderation &amp; App Ecosystem Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own strategy and execution for navigating complex ad platform policies and restrictions specific to the industry, ensuring consistent campaign delivery at scale<\/li>\n<li>Oversee end-to-end app lifecycle management, including publishing, compliance, optimization, and recovery processes across Google Play and Apple App Store<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to account bans, ad disapprovals, and regulatory changes, ensuring minimal disruption to growth activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Proven experience as a Head of Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Director, or similar senior role<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Demonstrated success leading marketing initiatives in global markets, specifically LATAM, MENA, SEA, and Africa<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Extensive experience managing large budgets and leading large teams along with external agency partners<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Deep, hands-on understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, ASO, and Influencer marketing)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong track record of navigating complex ad policy and compliance issues on major ad networks and app stores (Google Play, App Store)<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on customer growth, ROI, and performance metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0A stable job and career development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Working hours 8H per day ( 08:00 &#8211;
