Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n

  • Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and effective vendor relationship management<\/li>\n
  • Supervise, coach, and support AP team members by setting clear priorities, monitoring performance, and maintaining high service standards<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the transition of AP activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and operational stabilization<\/li>\n
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements, standardization, and automation across AP workflows<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Treasury, and other Finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes and timely resolution of escalations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    Requirements:<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Proven experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and core accounting principles<\/li>\n
    • Experience with process transitions, shared services environments, or centralization projects is considered a strong advantage<\/li>\n
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in ERP systems combined with a continuous improvement and process optimization mindset<\/li>\n
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
