For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a\u00a0Project Manager<\/strong>\u00a0to join their team.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
This is a hands-on role for someone who goes beyond task coordination. We are looking for a professional who can lead, analyze, identify problems before they escalate, make decisions, drive improvements, and take full responsibility for project results.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the project, from planning and execution to achieving the expected business results<\/li>\n
  • Manage project priorities, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and changes in scope<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and lead the project team, including allocating and reallocating tasks based on priorities and business needs<\/li>\n
  • Monitor the team’s performance and ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and monthly targets<\/li>\n
  • Track KPIs, performance indicators, quality standards, and overall project results<\/li>\n
  • Identify performance gaps, operational issues, bottlenecks, and risks proactively and take appropriate action<\/li>\n
  • Escalate issues when necessary, while always bringing a proposed solution or clear action plan<\/li>\n
  • Analyze data, reports, budgets, and performance results to support decision-making<\/li>\n
  • Prepare regular project reports, performance analyses, and management updates<\/li>\n
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of project deliverables and ensure agreed standards are maintained<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and monitor training activities to ensure that required training is planned and completed<\/li>\n
  • Support the calculation and tracking of employee performance-based bonuses and incentives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    What We Are Looking For:<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role with significant ownership and responsibility<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience managing projects, teams, resources, deadlines, budgets, and performance targets<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and coordinate people effectively<\/li>\n
    • Strong ownership mindset – you take responsibility for outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks<\/li>\n
    • Highly proactive and independent working style<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n
    • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports, budgets, KPIs, and performance analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
