{"id":7971,"date":"2026-09-08T16:59:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T13:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/?post_type=rabota&#038;p=7971"},"modified":"2026-09-08T17:00:17","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T14:00:17","slug":"noc-analyst","status":"publish","type":"rabota","link":"https:\/\/www.topskills-bg.com\/en\/jobs\/noc-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"NOC Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a <strong>NOC Analyst<\/strong> to join their team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring network, server and application health using <strong>SolarWinds<\/strong>, including managing alerts, dashboards and reports<\/li>\n<li>Responding to alerts and incidents, logging tickets, and owning them through to resolution or escalation<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting <strong>Cisco<\/strong> network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and investigating cloud and web traffic issues, covering DNS, load balancing, CDN performance and connectivity to cloud platforms<\/li>\n<li>Escalating complex incidents to senior engineers or third-party providers, following agreed escalation paths<\/li>\n<li>Working within established IT processes for incident, change and problem management<\/li>\n<li>Keeping documentation, runbooks and shift handover notes accurate and up to date<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with ISPs, vendors and internal teams during faults and planned maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 to 3 years in a NOC, network support or IT operations role<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>SolarWinds<\/strong> (NPM or similar modules) for monitoring and alerting<\/li>\n<li>Solid working knowledge of <strong>Cisco<\/strong> networking, including routing, switching, VLANs and basic IOS CLI troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of cloud and web traffic networking, including DNS, HTTP\/S, load balancers and public cloud connectivity (AWS or Azure)<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of <strong>NOC operations<\/strong> and ticket handling in an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of core IT processes, ideally ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills across TCP\/IP, DNS and DHCP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCNA, or working towards it<\/li>\n<li>ITIL Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Scripting basics (Python or PowerShell) for automation and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience with other monitoring tools such as PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix or Datadog<\/li>\n<li>Cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure AZ-900)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>What Our Client Offers:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote\/ Hybrid working environment with working hours aligned with UK time<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to an\u00a0international customer environment<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for\u00a0professional growth and career development<\/li>\n<li>Training and support to develop your technical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em>If this opportunity matches your experience and career aspirations, we&#8217;d be happy to hear from you.
