For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Power Platform Engineer<\/strong> to join their team and develop deeper expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agents.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
    \n
  • Design, develop and maintain business applications, workflow automations and data solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse<\/li>\n
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications through APIs, custom connectors and reusable components<\/li>\n
  • Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents using knowledge sources, custom actions and business process integrations<\/li>\n
  • Develop practical and secure AI solutions with appropriate human oversight<\/li>\n
  • Explore and implement additional agentic AI approaches, including Azure AI services and integrations beyond Copilot Studio<\/li>\n
  • Use GitHub and CI\/CD pipelines for source control, collaborative development, testing and deployment<\/li>\n
  • Extend Power Platform solutions using Azure Functions, REST APIs and Azure AI services<\/li>\n
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID<\/li>\n
  • Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot, document and continuously improve solutions in production<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to technical QA and testing activities when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse<\/li>\n
    • Experience delivering and supporting production Power Platform solutions<\/li>\n
    • Experience with Copilot Studio or AI agent development, combined with a strong interest in developing further in this area<\/li>\n
    • Practical experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations and Git\/GitHub<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud integration<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of authentication, authorization and enterprise security principles<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering<\/li>\n
    • Programming experience in at least one of the following: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript or Python<\/li>\n
    • Experience with deployment or CI\/CD practices<\/li>\n
    • Ability to take ownership of technical tasks and work independently<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • English \u2013 B2+, German \u2013 B2+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Additional Strengths:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      • Advanced Copilot Studio capabilities and agent orchestration<\/li>\n
      • Experience with RAG, Azure AI Search or Azure OpenAI<\/li>\n
      • Experience with other AI agent development frameworks<\/li>\n
      • GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Power Platform ALM and Governance<\/li>\n
      • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 or ServiceNow<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)<\/li>\n
      • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Azure AI<\/li>\n
      • Certifications are considered an advantage, but hands-on experience and successful project delivery are equally valued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
