Job description and main responsibilities

Represents our client on a top level and provides
high quality of customer support via phone, email and chat

Focuses on client’s expectations and satisfaction
·
Identifies customers issues proposes creative
solutions
·
Collaborates with other team members to provide
high quality customer support
·
Creates and submits detailed case logs and
documenting customers interaction
·
Actively and creatively contributing to the
whole support process
Job requirements
·
Fluency in German/French/Italian/Dutch
·
Very good command in English
·
Great communication skills
·
Self-motivation, friendly and pragmatic approach
·
Multitasking and organizational skills
·
Good attention to details
·
Ability to work in a team
·
Good problem-solving skills
