our clients – a global virtual contact center platform – we’re looking for a Support
Ninja with French or German.
Your
responsibilities:
- Communicate
with clients via phone, email or chat - Provide support to customers in regards with their requests
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and
services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
What
makes you a great fit:
- Advanced
level of French or German (C1) - Good level of English (B2)
- Good computer literacy
- Previous
related experience is considered an advantage
