Your
responsibilities:

  • Communicate
    with clients via phone, email or chat
  • Provide support to customers in regards with their requests
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and
    services, and learn about new products and services as they come in

What
makes you a great fit:

  • Advanced
    level of French or German (C1)
  • Good level of English (B2)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Previous
    related experience is considered an advantage
