As a Technical Support Engineer you will:

– Provide support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis

– Escalate cases to relevant colleagues

– Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls

Experience and expertise:

Technical or customer support experience

Fluency iDutch, German, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese

– Advanced level of English

– Education or experience in the field of Electricity, Mechanics, Engineering is strong advantage
