We’re hiring a Client OnBoarding Assistant for a financial brokerage company with office based in Sofia.
You will be able to:
• Assist in the process of opening new accounts
• Liaise with client services to obtain missing or additional documentation
• Update customers profile & handle support related cases;
• Translate documentation
• Perform relevant tasks related to customers’ accounts
• Provide reports as required regarding new account status
• Conduct internal inspection/reviews
• Send out welcoming emails to new account clients
What do you need to be successful at this job?
• High levels of English
• Very good knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French or German language
• Experience of working in a similar environment
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
