Team Leader Sales
In this role, you will:
- Support sales processes and work of the Sales team
- Work with the internal CRM system
- Train newly hired agents
- Organize and plan daily task of the team
- Monitor effectiveness and KPIs
- Preparing weekly reports and participate in periodic meeting
- Help leading, motivating and supervising Call Center department
Join us, if you:
- Have previous experience in work in Call Center / Customer Service / Sales as a Senior Specialist, Coordinator or Team Leader
- Can communicate in English well (B2)
- Like working with individual customers
- Would like to work in friendly, developing environment
- Used MS Office previously
- Have good analytical skills
- Dream of developing yourself in managing a team
- Are well-organized, motivated and creative
- Have good interpersonal skills like communicativeness
