We are looking for a Trainer to
join our amazing team of professionals who will be responsible of the
establishment of the training fuction that will help maximixe team performance,
qualitu of work and customer satisfaction.
 

Your responsibilities will indclude:

 Develop and coordinate all digital educational
materials;

 Organizing classroom-style seminars and on the
job sessions as needed;

 Conducting role-playing activities to develop
interpersonal skills 

 Provide post-training feedback as required;

 Scheduling regular training sessions for team
mates on new products and knowledge refreshments;


What do you need to be successful at this job?…

 

Related experience in training staff, preferably within the Customer Care
field;

Ability to wor Ability to work in a team-focused,
deadline-driven environment;

 Fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1).

 Excellent time-management skills;

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
