We’re looking for a Customer
Experience Quality Assurance Analyst
  to support our
global client’s increasing demands.

What
we expect from you?

✔️ Collaborate with Customer Support
Team Leads to improve quality and customer satisfaction results;
✔️ Create and execute all
quality-related initiatives including;
✔️ Analyse QA scores, CSAT results
& application review
s;
✔️ Deliver engaging feedback to individuals
and organise coaching sessions;
✔️ Prepare regular reports and
dashboards and address clients’ feedback and follow-up as needed;




What makes you suitable?


✔️ Quality Assurance experience in
support center;

✔️ High proficiency in English;

✔️ Previous fin-tech experience is preferred;

✔️ Working knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, MaestroQA is a plus;

✔️ Attention to detail, good interpersonal, time-management and
analytical skills.
