We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate with German for one of our clients – an international fintech company with office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests from customers, as well as internal departments & other stakeholders via phone, email and chat
  • Handle customer’s initial verification by considering, requesting and processing verification documents
  • Provide support to management and take ownership to drive process and service enhancement

Skills:

  • Fluent in German 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Hands-on experience in using a variety of communication channels such as email, live chat and/or phone
  • Excellent customer service mindset and attitude to follow through and respond to problems/requests proactively and effectively
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
