Our client is a leading specialised payments platform with an office based in Sofia.
Preparing internal/external presentations for monthly/quarterly business reviews, Legal entity decks, CBI and FCA reporting
Partnering with the commercial, analytics and cost FP&A team to accurately provide relevant narrative for monthly/quarterly reporting
Play a vital role in the planning, budgeting & forecasting processes, including synthesising insight and analysis from reporting systems data
Partnering with key stakeholders to control and analyze cost spend and deliver challenging spend targets
On a monthly basis, prepare and coordinate revenue and EBITDA files for divisional submissions. This includes P&L (operating expenses), variance analysis with commentary and action plans
Initiative driven value-add tasks such as continuous improvement of processes
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities and offering solutions to problems
Ad hoc support to the FP&A Manager and the wider team as required
Analyze and interrogate the transactional database to identify and communicate appropriate trends effectively to the business
Develop KPIs, systems and analysis tools as required by the business
The successful candidate:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation
Mathematics/Statistics Degree or Background desirable
Highly organized – able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Initiative and problem solving
Excellent numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Excellent team player
Dynamic and self-motivated
Ability to work with large data sets
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of HFM and EBS desirable
Knowledge of Planning tools highly desirable (e.g. PBCS)
Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups). Macros non-essential but desirable.
