For one of our partners – an international company that provides legal, financial and employee administration – we are looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- HR administration
- Accurate payroll calculation for their clients in the provided payroll system/program;
- Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll-related payments
- Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties
- Labor legislation compliance
- Social security and health insurance compliance
- Preparing routine correspondence to various parties
The profile:
- University degree in HR, Accounting/Finance or similar
- At least 2 years of previous experience with Payroll calculations/HR administration and knowledge of the HR legislation
- Excellent level of English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines
