We’re hiring
a Team Lead with English to support our global client’s increasing
demands.

 

What we
expect from you:

– Comply with
basic management responsibilities and ensure the normal execution of CS
functions

– Advise and
supervise the team members when dealing with their job responsibilities and
specific assigned tasks

– Ensure that
the team is always informed of new changes

– Prepare
monthly shift patterns and schedules. If necessary, prepare a temporary
scheduling plan (in case of delays or other unforeseen circumstances)

– Supervise
staffing level and coverage (extra shifts, sick leave, etc.);

– Monitor
compliance with predefined KPIs and provide feedback on their adequacy over
time;

 

What
makes you suitable?

– Willingness
to work on Day/Night shifts

– Previous
experience with team management

– Advanced
English (C1)

– Ability to
undertake independent responsibility, work closely with management, and meet
all objectives

– Good
knowledge of communication channels (phone, email, live chat, Social Media; hands-on
practice with Slack, Zendesk, etc. is an advantage) and ability to work with MS
Office

– Customer
service attitude, ability to actively and effectively follow up and respond to
questions/requests
