For one of our clients, we are looking for Technical support Agent with Hungarian/ Polish/ Dutch language.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Hungarian/ Polish/ Dutch/
- Very good English language skills
- Technical or customer support experience is a plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assist customers with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Provide support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Escalate cases to relevant colleagues
- Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls
