Business Development Manager (office based).
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategies to identify and win new business
● Research and identify potential clients and industries to target
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
● Understand client needs and objectives and work with the team to create and
execute marketing strategies
● Attend networking events and conferences to generate new leads and maintain
industry knowledge
● Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch to potential customers
● Negotiate contracts and fees with clients
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and
within budget
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry
changes and opportunities
● Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards
targets
Requirements:
● Proficiency in English
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – an
advantage
● Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within a
marketing agency
● Knowledge of the digital marketing industry: social media, SEO, PPC,
and email marketing will be a plus
● Experience with CRM software and tools
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business development targets
