B2B Telesales Consultant – German Market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients on the German market, promoting logistics and transport services
- Identify and target new business opportunities via phone, email, and online platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups
- Work closely with the German Sales team for seamless handover of new leads
- Ensure high client satisfaction and represent the company professionally
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs
Requirements:
- Proficient German (B2+), both written and spoken
- Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally in a B2B setting
- Strong sales mindset – proactive, goal-driven, and persuasive
- Experience in lead generation and client outreach
- Background in transport and logistics is a strong plus
- Resilient, customer-focused, and able to thrive under pressure
