Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls in English to potential clients worldwide
- Communicate via WhatsApp Business (text & voice)
- Conduct video calls to explain services and build rapport
- Confidently showcase company services to drive client interest
- Keep client records updated in Zoho CRM and follow up regularly
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in team training and continuous development
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent English (spoken and written), C1 level or higher preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Confident, professional phone presence with a persuasive tone
- Comfortable using digital tools, including WhatsApp and video conferencing
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to ongoing feedback and development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C telesales/telemarketingThe offer:
