Top Skills Recruitment is looking for an experienced and inspiring AP/AR Manager on behalf of our client – a leading international company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop AP/AR team leaders and their teams
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and timely AP/AR operations across multiple countries
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance to optimise vendor management
- Deliver on SLA, KPI, and efficiency targets while ensuring compliance
Requirements:
- 7+ years of international experience in accounting/finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset and the ability to manage stakeholders
- Proven experience in process transformation and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
