Description

Top Skills Recruitment is looking for an experienced and inspiring AP/AR Manager on behalf of our client – a leading international company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop AP/AR team leaders and their teams
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and timely AP/AR operations across multiple countries
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation
  • Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance to optimise vendor management
  • Deliver on SLA, KPI, and efficiency targets while ensuring compliance

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of international experience in accounting/finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset and the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Proven experience in process transformation and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
