They’re growing and looking for a Business Analyst — someone curious, data-driven, and ready to turn insights into actions that shape new worlds and experiences.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the studio’s decision-making process, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and CPO.
Your mission? To dive deep into data, translate it into insights, and help guide creative and strategic directions across teams — from Finance and Sales, to Game Design.
In short, you’ll be the bridge between numbers and imagination.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze business and product performance through data.
- Develop clear reports and dashboards that highlight key insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.
- Work with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and Spreadsheets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a Business / Data Analyst role (or strong mid-level with 3–4 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI (or readiness to level up fast).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Extra points for gaming industry experience or passion for games, comics, and art.
