Description

Our client is an international business and HR consulting company, providing talent and workforce solutions to corporate clients across various markets. As part of their ongoing growth, they are expanding their commercial team and are looking for an experienced Business Development / B2B Sales Manager to support long-term partnerships and sustainable business development.
This position is offered on a freelance basis (B2B / invoice-based cooperation) and is fully remote.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and approach new corporate clients across target markets.
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Communicate with HR leaders, executives, and key decision-makers
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
  • Present and position the company’s services in a consultative, value-driven manner.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients through structured internal processes.
  • Contribute to the growth of a sustainable and scalable client portfolio.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • The existing network of HR professionals and decision-makers is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Experience in HR consulting, recruitment, staffing, or related services is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (Bulgarian is a must).
  • Confidence in client-facing presentations and business discussions.
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation.
