Our client is a company, set up by young and motivated professionals with proven expertise in the Immigration Services, based in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with key clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and through CRM systems
- Handle more complex inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships
- Monitor and manage client accounts, including documentation and status updates
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track and report customer cases to ensure quick and professional resolution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong command of both English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Proven experience in customer support
- Comfortable using digital tools, including WhatsApp and video conferencing
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to ongoing feedback and development
