Team Lead Software Engineering (back-end)

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape both people and technology. Tech stack: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, REST API, RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, OpenShift.

What you will do:

Lead and inspire a team of engineers, creating an environment of trust, accountability, and high performance.
Provide technical direction, code reviews, and architectural input to ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to align engineering solutions with business goals.
Manage priorities, timelines, and risks to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Continuously optimize development processes and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Mentor and coach team members, supporting both their professional growth and career progression.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in building and delivering large-scale software solutions, ideally with .NET Core and Microservices architectures.
A track record of successfully leading or mentoring software engineers.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and system scalability.
