Due to the expansion of our client- we are looking for an energetic, organized and communicative professional to join their team as an Office Manager.

Essential Duties:

  • Organizing and administering the office workflow;
  • Coordinating meetings, schedules and work commitments;
  • Welcoming and directing customers, guests and partners;
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and service documents;
  • Providing administrative support to management;
  • Management and classification of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Travel arrangements, visas, reservations and airline tickets;
  • Maintain effective communication between departments within the company;
  • Managing office supplies, contracting with vendors and support services;
  • Provide optimal workspace and office maintenance;
  • Organization of courier services and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks;
  • High level of English (C1 – written and spoken);
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions independently;
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
