Description

We are looking for new team member to join our client team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding the client’s platform
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Help improve and optimize customer support workflows and processes
  • Translate content between German and English for website, product, and knowledge base localization
  • Take initiative in solving customer issues and proactively suggest enhancements to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts
  • Comfortable providing support primarily through email-based communication
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with most work done remotely from a home office
