We are looking for new team member to join our client team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and effective vendor relationship management
- Supervise, coach, and support AP team members by setting clear priorities, monitoring performance, and maintaining high service standards
- Oversee the transition of AP activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and operational stabilization
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements, standardization, and automation across AP workflows
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Treasury, and other Finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes and timely resolution of escalations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and core accounting principles
- Experience with process transitions, shared services environments, or centralization projects is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Proficiency in ERP systems combined with a continuous improvement and process optimization mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory
